Mr. Ismail N. Tahboub
Senior Vice President - Jordan Dubai Capital

Ismail Tahboub joined Jordan Dubai Capital in early 2006 as the Senior Vice President, bringing with him more than 10 years of experience in private equity, corporate finance, financial systems restructuring, planning and financial control gained through substantive front office positions in various companies and organizations, as well as having sat on several boards in Jordan and the region. He has worked on strategic and operational issues in senior managerial positions, and currently represents JD Capital on the boards of several of its affiliates and subsidiaries, including being the Vice Chairman of Jordan Dubai Properties P.L.C. (JD Properties), Energy Management Services International (EMS) and Madaen Al Shorouq for Real Estate Investment & Development Company L.L.D. Mr. Tahboub is also a Board Member of Kingdom Electricity Company P.S.C., Enara Energy Investment P.S.C., Central Electricity Generating Company (CEGCO) and Jordan Dubai Islamic Bank.

Mr. Tahboub holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Jordan, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Montana Board of Public Accountants, and is a member in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
