The past 10 years were geared towards establishing the leading software company ESKAEDNIA Software www.eskadenia.com  as a co-founder and a managing partner with executive responsibilities, most importantly with focus on people and culture. The business turned into a solid software house with great substance and product offerings through the empowerment of people and good corporate citizenship. Doha and partner Nael Salah focused on the creation of a global export oriented software enterprise originating from Jordan operating on the best utilization of its abundant human resources. The company grew from 2 persons since its establishment by its founders into over 160 employees now working in Jordan and abroad with multi million dollars in offered sales and generated revenues.

Ms Doha Abdelkhaleq is an ICT professional and a legal counsel with long HR experience, was involved with the early Human and competence planning within Jordan’s ICT sector since year 2000 through working with information technology association in Jordan int@j as an elected vice chairwoman and member of the board of directors. Doha Joined the (JIB) missions to England and to China amongst other local missions from Jordan in representation of the ICT and the private sector.
