H.E.Eng. Sahel Majali
Minister of Transport

Eng. Majali serves as the Minister of Transport since February 2009. He also served as the Minister of Public Works & Housing. Prior to his ministerial appointments, Eng. Majali held the positions of President of the Jordanian Construction Contractors Association, CEO of MID Global Investment Group, Chairman & Managing Director of MID Information Technology, Chairman & Managing Director of MID Contracting Company.

Eng. Majali also served as the President for Jordan at the European Economic Chamber of Trade, Commerce and Industry (EEIG), Vice-President of The Federation of Arab Contractors, Chairman of the Jordan Mobile Telephone Services (Fastlink) and Chairman of the Middle East Defense & Security Agency

Eng. Majali holds a Masters of Engineering Administration from The George Washington University, Washington D.C. He was decorated with the Order of Independence, Grade 3.
